Chicago set the franchise record for most 3-pointers made in a single regular season with 906 (previously 651 in 2015-16) ... the Bulls ranked 10th in the NBA in pace (100.33) and second in the league in defensive rebounding percentage (80.6%) ... Markkanen became just the fourth Bulls rookie and first in 18 years to score 1,000 points and total 500 rebounds in a single season ... he also set an NBA rookie record with 10 games in a row with multiple 3-pointers made, and bested the Bulls’ rookie record of most threes in a season with 145 (previously 144 by Kirk Hinrich)
